Which is why The People Side now offers a more comprehensive approach to team development. Grounded in pioneering research, and the collective expertise of our most seasoned practitioners, we push past traditional team building and corporate off-sites and go to the place where tougher conversations and performance breakthroughs are possible.  Our coach approach is designed to elevate two things for your team – their level of alignment and their level of connection.

PHASE 1:  DISCOVER

Team Alignment and Connection

When working with a team, we like to begin by assessing a team’s current level of alignment and connection using our Discovery 360 assessment and a series of stakeholder interviews. This assessment not only measures how a team operates internally, but also examines how well the team is aligned and connected to the broader organization. Using the insights we gain in Discovery, we map out a development journey that meets your needs.

PHASE 2: EXPLORE

Just as in individual coaching, team coaching is a journey that occurs over time. Since every team is unique, every team’s Development Map will be unique as well. In the Explore Phase, your coach will lead you through a series of conversations and experiences designed to elevate your team’s performance. This is the phase that will help you grow, together.

Your Team’s Development Map May Include:

  • A series of custom-designed in-person or virtual experiences

  • Team Coaching Circles on selected topics

  • Private coaching for the Team Leader (also available for individual team members)

  • Meeting Observations

  • And more!

PHASE 3: Summit

At the end of the Explore Phase, we measure and celebrate your team’s progress at our SUMMIT experience. Your Team Coach will re-assess your team and summarize your results. They will also encourage you to provide each other with honest feedback and insights during this session as a capstone your development journey.

The SUMMIT experience may be conducted in-person or virtually.
