“Leading People” is a dynamic 8-week leadership exploration for new leaders. Together with a group of your peers, you will explore new ways of being and working to help your team deliver results.

This program was created to meet leaders right where they are, wherever they work. It expertly weaves together online learning, guided virtual workshops, peer coaching, and on-the-job application into an impactful learning experience for new leaders of teams.

about the program

During the workshop, participants will explore foundational leadership capabilities with our highly experienced faculty. Our Guides expertly fuel the dialogue with questions, insights, and relevant stories to keep learners engaged. In the breakout sessions, participants have the opportunity to practice their new skills and receive feedback from a Peer Learning Circle.

Prior to each workshop, learners will be invited to complete online work in Adeption — a learning platform that encourages participants to engage with the content and each other at a time that works best for their schedule. In Adeption we provide articles, videos, interactive exercises, and an opportunity to reflect on their real-world leadership challenges. Learners should expect to invest 30-60 minutes of their time in Adeption between each Workshop.

After each workshop, we give learners an “Application Break” — a week off from learning new content so that they can digest and apply the concepts we just covered. This approach is proven to increase retention and accelerate the practical use of learning through action. We provide multiple application prompts during this week to encourage the learner to “try on” their new skills back at work with their team.

We had our top designers build this program. We put our most in-demand content into it. And we have some of the very best facilitators in the world leading it.

Ultimately, leaders will only get out of this program what THEY put into it! We require participants to complete a minimum of 80% of the program (25 Hours - combination of the live workshops and the self-paced learning). This commitment is required to attend The Summit Experience and receive their certificate of completion. If leaders are unable to make this commitment, this may not be the right program for them at this time.
