Discovery session (90 Minutes)

Align on coaching process and desired outcomes

Initiate assessment(s)

Debrief of results with Coachee

4. GOAL SETTING

Set coaching goals

Alignment meeting #1 (optional)
Manager, Coaching Client & Coach align on goals

5. COACHING

Coaching engagements typically include (2) 60-minute calls with the coach per month

7. OUTCOMES

Reflect on engagement

Review progress on goals and impact of coaching

Celebrate progress

6. CAPSTONE

Alignment meeting #2 (optional)
Recap and celebrate progress on goals and outcomes with Coachee and Coachee’s Manager
