My Background
I have had the privilege of working with leaders and teams across multiple orgnizations, and have travelled across continents facilitating & coaching leaders. Together we craft visions, build trust & establish team operating systems.
I have a deep academic background and earned my PhD and Master degrees in English and Philosophy. Early in my career I worked as an Assistant Editor at The ANALYST (a magazine published by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts - ICFAI – Hyderabad, India) and was a Faculty Member at Icfaian Transworld University Center. In 1998, I moved to Fitchburg State College as an Assistant Director enabling Faculty Development & Quality of Curriculum for their MBA & MS (Computer Science) programs.
Today, I work with HR leaders & business leaders to develop their senior and high potential employees as well as designing and leading Visioning workouts. I partner with their internal teams to identify the key outcomes and then curate experiences that allow for transformational conversations. Clients appreciate my expertise, transparency, feedback skills, and ability to hold leaders accountable (irrespective of level) with cross-cultural sensitivity. I’m excited to engage with leaders & teams to curate deeply personal and professional development workshops and coaching experiences.

When I Am Not Working
I live in Pune, India with Vasanta (wife), Virinchi (son) and Medha (daughter). I love reading, singing, listening to music and watching music and dance reality shows. I write blogs using metaphors and images for self-development. Taking family on frequent vacations is an opportunity for development.
