My Background

Since graduating college at the University of North Dakota in 2005 with a degree in Communications – Public Relations and Advertising, I have worked in Customer Relations and Management.

I spent 15 years working with The Buckle, a retail clothing company, as a General Manager, Area Impact Leader and District Recruiter. In these roles, I spent most of my time recruiting, training and developing team members and leaders. As I traveled across the Midwest, I was empowering managers to grow their business, coach their teams, and cultivate relationships with guests and members of their community to make a positive impact. I developed strong leadership and business acumen in this role which serves me well in my current position. I understand how business works and why leadership matters in an organization.

Why I Work

“I am passionate about helping people, so if I can do at least one thing every day that makes someone's life or job easier, I feel like I’ve done a good job. Also, working for a company that empowers people to create great cultures and leadership is an amazing experience. Our leaders really do live what they teach! I am grateful to be a part of this team.”

I live in Farmington, Minnesota with my husband Evan, and our little miracle, Asher. In the last 15 years we’ve spent together, we’ve gone on an amazing IVF and Surrogacy journey to bring a beautiful baby boy into our family via our best friends, Ashley and Pete. Our lives are busy chasing a growing child around as he learns to speak, run and play with all of his friends and neighbors. When we aren’t entertaining a toddler, my husband and I love our season tickets to the Minnesota Vikings, going to concerts, enjoying great food and wine, and spending time with friends and family.
