During the Leading People Program, participants will complete a DISC assessment and receive their results through a digital debrief and several hours of discussion as part of Workshop #1.
Private Coaching will start following receipt of the DISC results and after Workshop #1.

Review your DISC feedback report with an Executive Coach who will help you expand upon your results, elevate your self-awareness, highlight areas for development, and create a personal action plan.
90-Day Jumpstart Package Add $1100
(3 Private Coaching Sessions)
Add this coaching package to your experience if you want to receive personalized support and ongoing coaching from an Executive Coach, during or after the Leading People Program. This package includes expanding upon your DISC feedback report, a personal action plan, and (3) one-hour coaching sessions during or after the program. The Jumpstart Package will help you develop meaningful momentum in your development journey.
Elevate Coaching Package Add $3600
(Includes 10 Coaching Sessions Over 6-Months)
This package is designed to accelerate your growth both during and after the Leading People program. You will be partnered with an Executive Coach who will help you translate what you learn in the program into new ways of working and being as a leader. This package includes expanding upon your DISC assessment results, personal action planning, and (10) one-hour coaching sessions over a 6-month time period. This level of accountability and personal coaching will be a gamechanger and help you elevate as a leader of people!
