Vidya is a seasoned Talent Development and Learning specialist focused on building team and leadership capabilities at scale. She partners with organizations to design and deliver high-impact, experiential learning and coaching interventions that accelerate leadership readiness and performance.Vidya began her career in HR and talent acquisition. She discovered her calling in the field of Learning and Development early on at GE/ Genpact and followed that path for over 25 years. Vidya's work is anchored in a deep understanding of thought and behavior patterns that drive effective leadership, collaboration and influence. A strong advocate of experiential and journey-based learning, she creates environments that foster curiosity, stretch thinking, and enable application at work. With her training in counseling psychology, combined with her expertise in psychometric tools and extensive experience in Talent development, Vidya enables sustained development in leaders and teams.

When I’m Not Working …
I live in Bangalore, India with my husband Balaji and daughter Shreya. We love traveling and discovering new places and new cultures just as much as we love the simple pleasure of a quiet night at home. This is proof that we are equally happy jet setting with packed suitcases as we are resting in our pajamas. My daughter and I bond over a shared love of reading books and painting, while my husband enthusiastically fuels our hobbies by ensuring we have a never-ending supply of books and art supplies. He enables our happiness.
