“I want to thank you for such a wonderful delivery of this course! Throughout my 12 years at GE, I’ve taken numerous leadership courses and I honestly thought that this was going to be like any other. It definitely was not. You have been wonderful, remarkable, and understanding with the group. I learned a great deal and can’t wait to share with my team.”

– Business Leader, GE

My Background

Since starting my career as a leadership coach and faciltator, I have had the privilege of developing thousands of leaders across numerous Fortune 500 organizations including GE, Johnson & Johnson, Baker Hughes, Align, MUFG and Paypal. My work has introduced me to many people around the world whom I am fortunate to count among my friends.

After graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelors in Arts/Commerce, I worked as a recruitment consultant in the uber competitive IT industry in Melbourne, Australia. When my Australian employer was bought by Robert Walters, I was given the opportunity to relocate to London.  This was the beginning of my European adventure. I went on to work in IT & Telecoms recruitment for a tech start up, and European Graduate Hiring for the creative consultancy, Sapient.

My pivot towards people development came when I was hired by GE Healthcare for an HRM position based in Freiburg, Germany. Apart from eating many delicious tortes, I also started delivering many of GE’s renowned leadership courses. I loved doing this so much that I took a full time role with GE’s corporate leadership university, Crotonville. During my time with Crotonville, I designed, delivered and led programs globally and managed the European operations.

In 2017, our family jumped on an opportunity to relocate to Singapore and spent almost five years in the wonderful city state. I partnered with Change Et Al and helped set up their learning academy.  I also took the opportunity to deepen my own coaching practice and completed several Ontology focused coaching courses with The CoachPartnership and became certified as a Health and Wellness Coach.

Since returning back to our home in Paris, I have continued to work with my clients virtually and I am thrilled to travel again for in-person engagements.

Why I Work

“I get energised watching leaders challenge habits that no longer serve them. What I like to say is, ‘If you believe practice makes perfect…consider what you practice.”

When I Am Not Working

I like to think of myself as a slow-moving nomad, carefully navigating the world. I left Australia, university degree in hand, in the 90’s, and much to my parent’s dismay, never looked back. Eight countries and two geographical regions later, I now live in Sevres France, just outside Paris, with my French husband Olivier and our children. We are a bilingual household and I love that my children correct both my husband and I when we speak each others’ languages. I am at my happiest cooking, eating and dancing with my family and friends.  I also practice yoga, and long to hang out at the beach in the dreamy tropical Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
