– Business Leader, Wells Fargo

My Background

I joined The People Side after spending 15 years at Wells Fargo in various HR-related positions including HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Consultant, Organizational Effectiveness & Development Consultant, and Mergers/Acquisitions Consultant.  Prior to that, I’ve held several HR and talent development positions in medical manufacturing, government, and financial services.

My qualifications also include an Undergraduate degree in Business, Masters degree in Organizational Leadership, a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, and two years of teaching business communication classes at St. Cloud State University.

It was during college that I developed the desire to work with people and help organizations reach their fullest potential through their employees.

Today I am still passionate about helping organizations succeed through allowing their employees to become their “best selves” at work!  I enjoy and am energized by helping employees find their purpose and passions and apply them to both their personal and professional lives.

Why I Work

“I am passionate about helping individuals uncover and identify their purpose & passions in order to enjoy a more engaging and satisfying professional and personal life. There is no greater joy than seeing people discover their purpose and use their strengths to their fullest capabilities!”

I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota with my husband Danny. We both grew up in northern Minnesota and love all four seasons – especially WINTER!  We love hockey and try to attend games at all levels. We are big fans of the Roseau Rams, MN Gophers, ND Fighting Sioux (will always be the Sioux), and the MN Wild. We also enjoy spending time at the cabin, traveling both domestically and internationally, spending time with our family and friends, hosting parties, and attending concerts, plays, and cultural events.
