Kati Repass
Kate Repass supports The People Side as a member of our Operations Team. Kate is a detail oriented, service driven, problem solver. While she eagerly wears other hats, her main role is leading the Assessment Center and supporting our virtual production needs at The People Side.
My Background
Since graduating from the College of St. Benedict with a BA in Communications and Global Business, I have worked in hospitality sales and events, global travel planning, and corporate event planning. After school I joined the Minnesota Wild and Xcel Energy Center in their Premium Operations Department. After an incredibly fun season we made it back in my home state of Colorado where I worked in hospitality sales and event management in Boulder. We moved back to Minnesota after a couple of years, and I became the corporate event planner for a startup company. A marriage of my hospitality and event planning experiences came to fruition when I joined a unique travel company where I was able to create global experiences through coordinating premium accommodations, travel logistics, and adventures of a lifetime for our members.
In 2019, a shift in my family structure allowed for an exciting opportunity to join The People Side as Candyce Penteado’s Executive Assistant. Working with The People Side has allowed me to learn many new skills including social media planning, podcast creation, IT, communications, and invoicing. My primary focus is now leading assessment administration and supporting virtual production of learning events and meetings. I take great pride in making sure that all elements of the projects I touch move seamlessly. I have long felt called to help others discover their purpose and find happiness in what they do, and I feel humbled to work with a company that is doing just that for countless people in their careers.

When I Am Not Working
I live outside of the Twin Cities in Minnesota with my husband Todd, our daughter Parker, our son Todd IV, and dog Finn. We have family scattered across the US and make a point to see them as often as we can. Our two little ones keep us busy, but in my free time I enjoy exploring new restaurants and spending time on the water. I enjoy going to concerts, live sporting events, trying out new recipes, and hot coffee year-round.
