My Background

My professional background blends innovation, healthcare, personal growth, and people development.

In 2012, I began my career in healthcare administration, designing and leading pilot programs in new models of medicine.  My work centered on uniting physicians and community partners to fix glaring gaps in a broken system and prove that change is possible.  I led people and championed ideas with energy and empathy, generating ROI and creating wins in an uncertain space.

In 2018, I moved from building programs to building a service line.  At the Center for Creative Leadership, I helped grow and scale the North American coaching business line for even greater impact.  During this formative time, I lent - and learned - from some of the industry’s brightest people while improving business practices with our team and bringing world-class coaching solutions to our clients.

Then, the pandemic. COVID-19 was the most intense pressure-cooker of change I have personally ever experienced. Through this time, I built an up-close-and-personal relationship with relentless hardship.  A new focus and a wealth of inner resilience was emerging.

In 2021, I joined The People Side and shortly thereafter, finally pursued my “heartwork”: coaching.  After a rigorous year of formal study with New Ventures West, I feel equipped in my calling.  My coach-approach is deep, gentle, and bespoke, with an aim to integrate my client’s many parts and invite more wholeness into their leadership and life.  I particularly love helping people who are suffering from burnout and exhaustion catch their breath and reset, so they can get their passion back and do what they love.  I reflect deeply on the root causes of suffering at work in a blog series for The People Side co-written by some of the most thoughtful fellow practitioners in the space.

Why I Work

“I work deeply with people because I believe in people. The moment my clients tap into their power is utter magic. I aim to spend my life energy in the service of my fellow humans and their limitless potential.”

When I Am Not Working

As a proud Memphis native, not a day goes by without a “y’all” somewhere in it.  I let ‘em fly here in southern Arizona where I live with my partner (Neil), dog (Moxie), and young daughter (Roan). I fill my tank in sunny and steep places, grinding up a MTB trail, or relaxing in a hammock with book in hand. I’m a sucker for postcards, French pâtisserie, an REI Garage Sale, and 90s country.
