More About Me
I bring over three decades of experience working across the hospitality, IT & ITES, supply chain, and HR services industries, partnering with leaders in India and globally as they navigate growth, change, and complexity. Much of my work has been rooted in supporting high-growth and greenfield businesses, where people practices need to be built thoughtfully, practically, and sustainably.
I believe in staying calm and grounded while passionately supporting leaders to build the culture and capability required to attract, grow, and retain talent in a VUCA environment. At the core of everything I do is a belief that leadership is deeply human. When leaders lead with clear intent, clarity, and empathy, they create environments where people feel valued—and where individuals and organizations can truly thrive together.
When I’m Not Working …
I live in Bangalore, India, with my wife Raji, who is deeply involved in academics, and our daughter Anusha, who has recently begun her career in Human Resources with D. E. Shaw & Company. I value unhurried time with my family and with our Labrador, Bruno, who brings constant energy and joy into our lives. I enjoy long car drives that give me space to reflect and recharge, and I find gardening deeply grounding. I also have a strong passion for wildlife-related travel, which allows me to connect with nature and gain perspective. In addition, I actively serve with Rotary as a Youth Services Director, where I enjoy contributing to initiatives that support young people and community development. These experiences help me stay balanced, curious, and connected—both personally and professionally.
