More About Me
I am a Learning and Development Leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through their people. I began my career in HR and quickly discovered my passion for leadership development. That passion led me to GE’s Learning Team, where I designed and managed global leadership programs, built faculty & technology strategies, and contributed to one of the world’s most recognized corporate learning centers.
Over the years, I grew into broader leadership roles, moving from program design and delivery to shaping enterprise-wide learning strategies. At GE Energy, I led the global L&D strategy to integrate 20,000 employees through five acquisitions. Later, as Executive of Learning Strategy for GE Power & Water, GE Gas Power, and GE Vernova, I drove scalable solutions for each that developed leaders at every level, tied directly to business outcomes, and supported major cultural and organizational transformations.
Most recently, I’ve led learning teams through GE Vernova’s spin-off from GE, aligning learning strategies with business priorities, simplifying complexity, and ensuring leaders had the skills to navigate change and build skills for future readiness.
I’m known for connecting strategy to action, fostering collaboration across complex global teams, and creating environments where leaders and employees can thrive. Across my career, the common thread has been helping organizations grow by investing in their people.
When I’m Not Working …
I’m always planning family adventures and activities for my husband Jeff and 10-year-old daughter Emma. We love to get outside and enjoy the four seasons that upstate NY brings us. I am always thinking of new holiday decor ideas, crafting projects and tackling the daily juggle of life with a ball of energy child who loves the arts too. I try to bring a smile, a laugh and positive approach, wherever I go. I love being immersed in new cultures, delicious meals, good wines, long laughs with friends and finding peace when listening to the ocean waves.
