I connected with Christy for help with a conflict that I was experiencing at work. Learning to accept the feelings and acknowledge that they are moments of suffering – and I am not alone in those moments – really helped me turn the corner. I am more present and engaged not only at work but also at home.

My Background

I have learned to fuse my 30 years of experience as an accomplished and award-winning executive with my passion for discovering and strengthening competence in others to encourage invaluable transformation and sustained growth. In my work with executives, emerging leaders and corporate teams, I rely on my education as a certified Integral Coach — a holistic method widely considered as the most comprehensive and coherent coaching framework — to unlock individual and team potential.

My ultimate goal, as an empathetic, experienced and driven individual with years of leadership experience, is to help shape mission-minded leaders through focused personal development and dedicated self-discovery — both of which, ultimately, move individuals and organizations forward.

On a daily basis, I draw on an academic foundation that includes a Master of Science in Social Work, as well as several coaching certifications and decades of experience in a leadership capacity.

I’m a highly-skilled and well-practiced facilitator, presenter, mentor, spokesperson, trainer, faculty member and coach. And I’m focused on helping individuals and corporate teams break through obstacles to leverage their true capabilities.
