My Background

I think about career paths like the “Choose your own Adventure” books I used to love as a child.  Want to explore the cave?  Turn to page 58.  Take a swim in the river instead?  Turn to page 32.  While I didn’t know it at the time, the adventure I chose by joining Honeywell Internationl set the foundation for the career path I have loved for 20 years.  That first role in Aerospace Training was a combination of education, marketing and customer service – the trifecta of experience I had in my young professional career. 

Since that role, I continued to choose different paths in my career, moving from “training” to “learning,” from Aerospace to Corporate and, eventually, from Honeywell to Boeing.  Along the way, I had the amazing fortune to travel to and make dear friends all over the globe.  I am proud to have worked my way into executive levels roles and feel blessed to bring that experience with me in my work. 

Since starting my own consulting company in 2023, I’ve taken the opportunity to work with amazing colleagues I’ve met along my career path who are now leading companies in the transportation, solid waste management and building products industries.
