My Background

Living in 4 different countries (Poland, US, UK, Netherlands) and performing regional and global roles gave me a unique opportunity to get to know different cultures, which built a global network and my mindset. During my professional career I was an HR Business Partner providing strategic support to business leaders, overseeing a Leadership, Learning and Organisational Capability function in the European region, and I was responsible for global leadership development programmes that received outstanding feedback and made a positive impact. I was a key player for enterprise-wide projects focusing on HR and organisational transformation. I’ve worked with senior leaders from more than 35 countries across the world helping them develop mental skills and mindsets for elevated performance, executing well under pressure, and nurturing their wellbeing. I’ve also worked with leadership and sports teams to help them build a 'we' mentality, work greater together beyond differences and achieve uncommon results.

My education includes Leadership Psychology and Human Resources Management postgraduate studies. Also, I received an MSc in Business Commerce and BSc in Hospitality Management.

Why I Work

“In the world of rapid change, overwhelm, conflicting priorities and uncertainty it becomes harder and harder to cultivate sense-making, and navigate effectively to maintain inner peace. My longing is to help people become more centered and to strengthen their growth mindset so that they become remarkable performers and transformational leaders.”

When I Am Not Working

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

I was born and grew up in Poland, in a beautiful city by the coast called Gdynia. In 2018 I was offered to relocate to the Netherlands to progress my career. Together with my husband and two sons we moved to this ‘tulip land’ and I quickly learned that moving to a new country as an expatriate can be an exciting and rewarding experience, but it also comes with several challenges – not the least of which was my children’s adaptation to a new country with a language they could not understand. Every day I am impressed with the way they managed that difficult transition and I am proud to see them thriving.

We expanded our family by getting two Maltese dogs that help the family stay fit and entertained. Our favourite family activities are movie evenings, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places. I am passionate about everything that has to do with human performance and wellbeing: from leadership and sports psychology to neuroscience and human development. I like to read and listen to podcasts.  I am known for being a curious learner who does not like to stand still.
