After spending many years in higher education and in the corporate space, I decided to start a consulting business, utilizing my skills in a way that would really make a difference for organizations and in the lives of their people. I’ve been working as a Leadership Development Consultant since 2003, and started partnering with The People Side in 2015. My unique background allows me to infuse diverse perspectives and fresh ideas as I interact with clients, helping them shift mindsets and change behaviors. I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in mathematics and business economics from SUNY Potsdam and an MBA from Clarkson University. After spending five years as an administrator in higher education and seven years working for GE, in human resources, training and as a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt, I began my journey as a consultant. I am passionate about meeting and exceeding the needs of my clients. As external faculty at both GE’s Leadership Institute, Crotonville, and the Boeing Leadership Center, I love challenging my clients to get comfortable being uncomfortable and to think differently, learning through experiences and self-discovery. That’s where their journey begins and I’m proud to be a part of it.
